Acuity uses Microsoft 365 for email, calendars, instant messaging, internal phone and web conferencing and our knowledge portal.  Below are a few pointers about each area.

 

· Email Your email address is your firstname.lastname@acuitycloudsolutions.com
All Acuity employees and contractors can be found in the global contact list.

· Calendar - M365 allows us to share calendars and set up meeting invitations.
We can also see everyone at Acuity's availability by looking at a calendar invite.

· Lync - Lync is used for instant messaging between team members. 
We can also use link to hold internal conference calls and screen sharing. 
Additionally, you can add a Lync meeting to any calendar invite.

· Knowledge Portal - Find any and everything you want to know about Acuity on our Knowledge Portal! You can access the knowledge portal by going to www.acuitycloudsolutions.com/knowledgeportal.

 

The great thing about M365 is that you can access all of the above via an internet browser or from Outlook and Lync, which is installed on your computer. You can get to M365 anytime by going to www.acuitycloudsolutions.com/portal.
